HM Co. Food Industries is looking for a Supply Chain Lead to join our growing team and lead our procurement and supply planning operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Purchasing & Procurement of raw materials, ingredients and packaging
• Manage suppliers, negotiations, pricing and delivery schedules
• Plan material requirements based on production and sales forecasts
• Ensure optimal inventory levels and material availability
• Coordinate production planning and logistics
• Monitor supply chain costs and KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement across supply chain operations
• Work closely with Production, Sales, Finance, Quality & Warehouse

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or related roles
• FMCG / Food & Beverage / Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong procurement, planning and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong Excel / ERP skills
• Integrity-driven, excellence-focused and innovative mindset
