G Developments is currently seeking a #Supply_Chain_Excellence_Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities include:
– Leading Supply Chain Excellence initiatives across the organization.
– Managing Supply Chain ERP governance, optimization, and reporting.
– Developing and monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards.
– Driving process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
– Leading Supply Chain PMO activities and strategic projects.
– Developing competency frameworks and training plans.
– Enhancing customer service excellence and operational performance.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
– 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, Business Excellence, PMO, or Performance Management.
– Strong knowledge of ERP systems, KPI management, process improvement, and project management.
– Professional certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMO, Supply Chain, Business Excellence, or ERP systems are a plus.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
