Supply Chain Coordinator At Winchy

Winchy For Industrial Equipment and Crane Systems in Egypt is hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support Procurement, Logistics, and Inventory operations across ongoing projects.
This role suits a motivated professional with practical experience in at least one supply chain function who is ready to gain broader operational exposure within a growing industrial organization.

Key_Responsibilities:

• Support supplier sourcing, RFQs, quotation comparisons, purchase orders, and supplier follow-up.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, transportation providers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure timely material movement and delivery.
• Track local and international shipments, transportation, warehouse receipts, and project-site deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, delivery evidence, and inventory updates using ERP systems and Excel.
• Prepare regular reports covering procurement, logistics, shipment status, and inventory.
• Support cost control, process improvement, and resolution of operational delays or documentation issues.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Inventory, Projects, Finance, suppliers, and service providers.

Job_Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent relevant field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Coordination, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• ERP experience is preferred; SAP is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Trello, or similar task/project management tools is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Cairo-based candidates are preferred; residents of Nasr City, Sheraton, or nearby areas have a strong advantage.
• A valid driving license is preferred; owning a car is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Flexibility for occasional supplier, warehouse, and project-site visits.
