Stock Controller

We’re Hiring 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫 to join our dynamic team: –
📍 Industry: FMCG / Food Manufacturing
📍 Location: Third Settlement, New Cairo

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Control and monitor inventory balances for raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished and finished goods.
• Review and validate all inventory movements, including receipts, issues, transfers, returns, production consumption, and adjustments.
• Conduct and coordinate periodic physical stock counts and prepare stock reconciliation and inventory variance reports.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and follow up on corrective actions and approved adjustments.
• Monitor damaged, expired, blocked, and slow-moving inventory and ensure proper reporting.
• Support Costing and Finance teams in analyzing material consumption, inventory variances, and production-related discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Finance to ensure accurate and timely inventory transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and provide regular inventory reports and analysis to management.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Stock Control / Inventory Control, preferably in Food Manufacturing or FMCG.
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.

• Experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
