Role: Stock Controller Specialist
Location: Giza
Responsibilities:
·Receive, review, and process spare parts orders from service centers and Authorized Service Centers (ASC).
·Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of spare parts to service centers and ASCs across Egypt.
·Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels in warehouses and service centers.
·Conduct regular stock audits to verify inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.
·Investigate stock discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
·Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all spare parts movements, including receipts, deliveries, and adjustments.
·Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and service teams to ensure smooth stock operations and on-time availability.
·Support the After-Sales Department in achieving service level targets by ensuring critical spare parts availability.
·Prepare and present regular stock reports highlighting shortages, surpluses, and slow-moving items.
·Adhere to company inventory management policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
·Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations (experience in spare parts or appliances industry is an advantage).
·Strong knowledge of stock management systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
·Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
·Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
·Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
·Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend process improvements.
