Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Stock Controller to manage inventory accuracy, monitor stock movements, and ensure effective inventory control across our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, conducting inventory audits, and supporting warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy.
Record and track all stock movements, receipts, transfers, and issues.
Conduct periodic stock counts and cycle counts.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock variances.
Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory.
Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.
Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in inventory control, stock management, or warehouse operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience using ERP systems is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
