Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr.Warehouse Specialist to join our Orthopedic Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, inspecting, tracking, and maintaining Orthopedic Loaner Instrument Sets used in Joint Reconstruction (Hip & Knee Replacement) procedures. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, inventory accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure to ensure instrument sets are available and complete for scheduled surgeries.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue orthopedic instrument sets for hip and knee replacement surgeries.
• Inspect all instruments and implants for completeness, cleanliness, functionality, and correct configuration before and after each procedure.
• Receive, store, and return loaner sets in accordance with company SOPs.
• Ensure all instruments are properly identified, organized, and traceable.
• Perform inventory transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives, Customer Service, Planning, and Logistics to ensure on-time instrument availability.
• Report missing, damaged, or defective instruments and follow up on replacements or repairs.
• Maintain warehouse organization and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cycle counts and annual physical inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the medical devices industry.
• Previous experience handling Orthopedic Loaner Sets or surgical instruments is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics and Odoo is an advantage).
• Good command of English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
