Job Description
- Analyze bills of material and drawings to understand key requirements
- Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions, maintaining high level of integrity
- Prepare Procurement Logs
- Follow up with suppliers from negotiation till successful delivery to site
- Identify cost reduction opportunities
- Acquire Samples from suppliers when needed
- Create and update periodically a Supplier and price List
- Maintain the BOQ with updates from suppliers until after awarding the contract.
- Receiving the price quotations keep updated with market developments and assist in Vendor Development
- Assist Tendering Department as required
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
1- Bachelor of Civil / Architecture Engineering only.
2- 8-12 year of experience
3- Experience in construction field , fit out and finishing is a must.
4- Egyptians Only.
Job Conditions :
1- Location : Head Office – New Cairo
2- Days Off: Friday & Saturday.
3- Working hours : 9 :00 Am To 4:00 PM
4- Medical & Social & Life Insurance.
5- Transportation Allowances.
