Job Description Role Summary/Overview Improving the logistics performance of all cities across the country. Taking ownership of various service levels by measuring compliance, finding performance gaps and execute a plan to fill performance related gaps.

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Own and monitor key performance metrics, ensuring consistent tracking and clear visibility on trends and gaps.
  • Analyze operational and business data to identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Translate data insights into actionable initiatives with measurable impact on efficiency and customer experience.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate experiments (e.g., A/B tests, pilots) to validate new ideas and solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end ownership of initiatives, from problem identification to execution and post-analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (operations, product, regional) to align on priorities and execution plans.
  • Support the rollout of new tools, processes, and operational strategies across the market.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and tracking frameworks to support decision-making.
  • Present performance insights, recommendations, and updates to senior stakeholders in a structured and clear manner.
  • Ensure strong follow-up on action plans and track impact against defined success metrics.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of team methodologies, frameworks, and ways of working.

Qualifications What did we order?

  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred.
  • Extensive experience in SQL, Data Analytics tools like tableau, looker etc.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyse data and derive insights from comprehensive data reports.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, handle stress, an individual contributor who can work in a fast-paced environment with a make it happen attitude.
