Job Role
Manage end-to-end shipping operations, ensuring timely and compliant product deliveries.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Ensure shipping documentation complies with local and international regulations.
Monitor transportation performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
Oversee packing standards and ensure compliance with global packaging requirements.
Build strong relationships with suppliers through regular communication, training, and operational support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping and packing issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Need
Bachelor’s degree.
3-5 years of experience in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Freight Forwarding.
Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs documentation, and transportation operations.
Experience managing freight forwarders, logistics providers, and supplier relationships.
Good understanding of packing standards and supply chain operations.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Very Good command of the English language.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following are highly preferred:
Apparel & Fashion Retail.
Freight Forwarding companies managing apparel accounts.
FMCG or Export Logistics.
