Shipping Operations Specialist At Phantom Logistics International
Job Description:
- Follow up on daily customer shipments and coordinate with couriers & shipping companies
- Resolve delays, returns, and update shipment status
- Communicate with clients regarding pickup and delivery schedules
- Enter data into the system and prepare daily reports
Requirements: - Minimum 1 year experience in Operations, Shipping, or Call Center
- Proficient in Computer, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Females Only
