- Shipping & Transportation
· Assist in planning and scheduling shipments (local and international) for marble blocks and slabs.
· Communicate with freight companies, transporters, and customs agents.
· Track deliveries to ensure timely and safe arrival.
· Prepare shipping instructions and follow up on delays or issues.
- Documentation & Records
- Prepare and verify logistics documents such as packing lists, delivery notes, invoices, and customs documentation.
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Tracking and fixing shipping errors
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standard
