Job Purpose
To provide advanced support to the sales team by ensuring smooth sales operations, improving customer experience, and accelerating deal closure through coordination, analysis, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Operations Support
- Prepare, review, and manage quotations and contracts.
- Handle sales orders from initiation to delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, finance, logistics).
- Ensure product availability and timely delivery.
2. Customer Data Management
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
3. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular sales performance reports.
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
- Track sales targets and identify gaps or opportunities.
4. Sales Team Support
- Assist the sales team with presentations and client meetings.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Ensure alignment with sales strategies and processes.
5. Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes.
- Implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
