𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Manage the full procurement cycle from purchase request to order completion.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Obtain and compare commercial and technical quotations, Issue purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments to fulfill procurement requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
• Prepare procurement reports and analyze purchasing costs.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage the Purchasing Representatives team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure departmental objectives are achieved.
• Work efficiently using the Odoo ERP System.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing
• Proven experience in managing a Purchasing Representatives team.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is a must.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Very good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
