🔹 Position: Senior Purchasing Officer / Procurement Specialist
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
• Manage purchasing activities and build strong relationships with new and existing suppliers
• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure best quality and cost efficiency
• Obtain and compare quotations from different suppliers
• Negotiate prices, terms, quantities, and delivery schedules
• Follow up on purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor stock levels and implement inventory optimization strategies
• Analyze cost breakdowns and prepare comparison reports
• Support supplier selection decisions based on analysis and performance
• Coordinate with warehouse and concerned departments
• Maintain accurate records and prepare purchasing reports
🔹 Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
• Experience in furniture, kitchens, or related industries is a strong plus
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP system
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
