We are Hiring Senior Purchasing Officer for Biogroup Company
Location :WaterWay -1st settelment
#responsibilities:
Daily review on brand website & new orders on the system.
Review new orders after contacting logistics department.
Review product registration & approval from Ministry of health with regulatory department.
Review products stock with warehousing department in case of shortage.
Prepare annual product forecasting report with needed products.
Check with Sales &Marketing teams target updates to arrange for ordering new products.
Follow up with shipment companies about custom clearance & needed documents for order shipment & updating direct manager.
Prepare stock analysis for each brand.
Compare sales forecast versus actual sales.
#Requirments
Bachelor degree in relevant discipline preferable foreign trade or medical background
 3-5 years of experience in same position.
Previous experience in logistics is a plus.
