Senior Production Engineer At Al Doha Foods

Al Doha Foods is hiring the following position:
Job Title: Senior Production Engineer- Food Manufacturing

· Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and organize daily production activities in line with the approved production plan.
· Supervise production lines and monitor workforce performance to ensure efficient operations.
· Ensure full compliance with food safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO).
· Monitor raw material usage and minimize waste and production losses.
· Coordinate with the Quality department to inspect products during and after production.
· Work closely with the Maintenance team to ensure equipment readiness and reduce unplanned downtime.
· Ensure proper implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and sanitation practices.
· Identify production issues and process deviations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
· Prepare daily and periodic production reports and performance metrics.
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
· Train, guide, and evaluate production staff and new hires.
· Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
· 4-6 years of experience in a food manufacturing or production engineering role.
· Proven ability to manage and optimize production processes in an industrial setting.
· Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
· Solid understanding of mechanical systems, equipment setup, and process optimization.
