We’re hiring Senior Procurement Specialist to lead purchasing across our market, café, and restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality supplies, strong vendor relationships, and cost-effective sourcing.
Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing of food, beverages, equipment, and consumables
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms
• Source and evaluate vendors
• Monitor stock levels and forecast needs
• Ensure timely delivery and resolve supply issues
  Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in procurement (F&B or retail preferred)
• Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills
• Familiar with purchasing systems/ERP
• Good understanding of quality standards and supply chain processes
