About_the_Role

As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement activities that support business objectives, optimize sourcing, and ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and supplier performance. This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage supplier relationships and mitigate procurement risks.

Key_Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement activities aligned with organizational goals.
Evaluate and optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable commercial terms while maintaining quality and service standards.
Build, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, regularly evaluate vendor performance, and resolve issues proactively.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and define accurate procurement requirements.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply conditions to support informed sourcing decisions.
Identify procurement risks, ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in procurement.
Professional certification in Procurement Management is preferred.
Strong knowledge of procurement planning, sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, budgeting, and risk management.
Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
