Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, or a related discipline.
•3–5 years of experience in Procurement within Real Estate Developers, Construction Companies, or Engineering Firms.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, subcontracting packages, and procurement processes.
• Experience in reviewing BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
