Home Gate Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated #SeniorProcurementEngineer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead procurement activities for construction materials, subcontractors, and project requirements.
• Review BOQs, drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
• Prepare and evaluate RFQs, technical comparisons, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery in line with project schedules.
• Coordinate with technical office, site, warehouse, and finance teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support procurement improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering.
• (+4 years of experience) in procurement within the construction industry.
• Strong technical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
