Senior Procurement Engineer At Elsewedy Electric

At Elsewedy Electric Infrastructure, Head Office
📍 New Cairo – District 5

Position: Senior_Procurement_Engineer.
Experience Required: 4 : 7 years.
Field: Electrical (experience in Infrastructure projects field is a must)
Education: BSc in Electrical_Engineering.

Key_Responsibilities:

* Review received technical and commercial offers, prepare comparative analysis, and coordinate with technical departments to ensure all clarifications are resolved.

* Prepare purchase orders in line with received PRs, selected suppliers, prices, and technical approvals.

* Follow up with the Material Control Department for material receiving and MRV.

* Coordinate with project management, finance, and cost control to ensure efficient procurement.

* Communicate and coordinate with project management, engineering, logistics, and construction teams on product availability, lead times, and cost planning for key materials.

* Issue payment requests as per purchase order terms.

* Follow up with suppliers to get commercial invoices.

* Prepare and update weekly tracking reports for procurement activities.
