Hiring: Senior Planning Specialist
Unicharm Middle East & North Africa – a leading Japanese multinational company in hygienic products (Sofy, Baby Joy, Moony)
Location: 10th of Ramadan City (Transportation provided)
What We’re Looking For:
· Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Engineering.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in an FMCG company.
· Strong command of English (spoken and written).
· Experience working with ERP systems.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong experience in demand forecasting and planning
· Ability to analyze historical data and generate accurate forecasts
· Good understanding of inventory management and stock optimization
· Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation plans
· Experience with S&OP processes (Sales & Operations Planning)
· Strong knowledge of KPIs such as: Forecast Accuracy, Service Level, Inventory Turnover and Fill Rate
· Strong reporting and dashboarding skills
