Key Responsibilities

• Develop new export markets and expand the company’s international customer and distributor network.
• Identify, approach, and establish long-term relationships with importers, distributors, and B2B customers.
• Manage and grow existing export accounts while achieving sales growth targets.
• Develop and execute export sales strategies for target markets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close export deals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
• Follow up on export documentation, Incoterms, shipping processes, and customer requirements.
• Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and virtual business meetings.
• Manage the sales pipeline and prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market opportunities, and business development activities.
  Qualifications
• 5–10 years of experience in Export Sales.
• Proven experience in Herbs, Herbal Teas, Natural Products, Healthy Food, FMCG, or #Food & #Beverage Manufacturing.
• Strong background in International B2B Sales & Business Development.
• Demonstrated success in opening new export markets and achieving international sales targets.
• Good understanding of Export Documentation, Incoterms, International Trade Procedures, and Cross-border Business.
• Experience in GCC, African, and European markets is highly preferred.
• Existing network of international distributors and importers is a strong advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
