Senior Foreign Procurement Specialists in our leading manufacturing and supply company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process for products required by the company, including packaging machinery, materials, and other factory needs, by implementing effective purchasing strategies and building strong relationships with suppliers.
- Oversee the entire shipping process post-purchase to ensure timely delivery, coordinate with logistics partners, and resolve any shipping challenges.
- Issue ACID documents via the “Nafiza” platform (MTS) in compliance with import/export regulations and ensure efficient processing of documents.
- Manage the CargoX cycle and documentation related to international shipments.
- Organize meetings with local and international suppliers, negotiate terms, and secure competitive agreements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand product needs, meet procurement requirements, and align them with sales objectives.
- Prepare accurate quotations in accordance with the company’s pricing system, and coordinate with the finance department to ensure profitability and compliance.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or any related field.
Experience: 3 to 6 years in foreign procurement or international logistics, with proven experience dealing with international suppliers.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge in procurement, shipping, and customs clearance operations.
- Proficiency in using tools and systems like Nafeza and CargoX.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
