Senior Export Specialist

A leading Food Manufacturing Company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Export Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full export cycle from receiving customer orders to shipment completion.
• Handle export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with international customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearance agents.
• Follow up on shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Finance departments to ensure smooth export operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with international customers and follow up on their requirements.
• Monitor export orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare export reports and maintain accurate records.
• Support the development and expansion of export markets, especially Middle East, Africa, and European markets.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Export, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proven experience in handling international shipments and export documentation.
• Good knowledge of export procedures and Incoterms.
• Very good command of English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience dealing with customers and markets in MENA, Africa, or Europe is highly preferred.
