Senior Civil Procurement Engineer

We’re Hiring | Senior Civil Procurement Engineer
We are looking for a talented Senior Civil Procurement Engineer to join our Procurement team.
📍 Location: Sherif Basha Street, Downtown Cairo
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end to end procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and awarding.
• Handle procurement of civil construction materials, subcontractors, and services.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare procurement packages.
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, and Finance teams to support project delivery.
• Monitor suppliers’ performance and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop procurement reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
✔ Minimum 7 years of procurement experience within construction & real estate development
✔ Strong experience in supplier management, tendering, BOQs, and commercial negotiations
✔ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data Analysis)
✔ Experience with Power BI and ERP systems is a plus
