Sea & Air Import Operations Officer At Tristar Group

Tristar Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sea & Air Import Operations Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sea and air import shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers.
• Review shipping documents (B/L, AWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Handle arrival notices, delivery orders, and customs clearance follow-up.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures.
• Resolve operational issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sea & Air Import Operations (Freight Forwarding experience is preferred).
• Good knowledge of import and customs procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English.
