We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong hands-on experience in the logistics industry and a solid understanding of the complete freight forwarding cycle.
Key Requirements:�• Strong experience in Import & Export operations.�• Excellent knowledge of Air, Sea & Land Freight.�• Strong understanding of the full logistics process, from quotation and booking to shipment follow-up and delivery.�• Existing customer portfolio and strong business network.�• Proven ability to generate new business and develop key accounts.�• Strong negotiation, communication & relationship-management skills.�• Ability to identify market opportunities and convert them into profitable business.
Key Responsibilities:�• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.�• Manage and expand the company’s customer portfolio.�• Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.�• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and freight rates.�• Coordinate with Operations, Pricing and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.�• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.�• Achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.Sales Manager At El Safa Logistics “Alex & Cairo
