Responsible for developing Sales Logistics Specialist opportunities and preparing competitive pricing for international shipments. The role as Sales Logistics Specialist

includes building relationships with international clients, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with operations to ensure smooth export processes.

Key Responsibilities

Export Sales Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international clients and markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, and overseas partners.
• Promote the company’s logistics and freight services.
• Prepare and send sales quotations to potential customers.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and service agreements.
• Follow up with customers to secure shipments and long-term contracts.
• Understand and apply Incoterms in sales deals.

Pricing Responsibilities

• Request and collect freight rates from shipping lines and airlines.
• Prepare competitive quotations for export shipments (sea freight, air freight, and land transport).
• Calculate shipping costs, surcharges, and profit margins.
• Monitor market rates and update pricing accordingly.
• Support the sales team with accurate pricing and cost analysis.
• Maintain a database of freight rates and supplier contacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or International Trade.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or export sales.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and export documentation.
• Good understanding of Incoterms and global trade practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
