Position: Raw Materials Dispensing Specialist – Warehousing
Location: Marcyrl Factories Group – El-Obour City, Egypt
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Raw Materials Dispensing Specialist to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the accurate dispensing, weighing, and issuance of raw materials from the raw materials warehouse to production, in compliance with GMP standards and approved company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive and review batch production orders and dispense the correct quantities of raw materials, including active ingredients and excipients, according to specified formulas.
· Operate dispensing equipment and tools, ensuring proper calibration and cleanliness before and after each operation.
· Accurately record dispensed quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates in physical logbooks and the SAP system.
· Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory verification to ensure system-stock alignment.
· Coordinate with Production to prioritize urgent dispensing requests without disrupting routine workflows.
· Issue and follow up on the implementation of related SOPs.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry, Microbiology, Physics, Biochemistry, or related fields) or Pharmacy.
· Minimum 2 years of practical, hands-on experience in raw material dispensing within pharmaceutical, chemical, or food manufacturing.
· Experience in inventory/warehouse management with direct material handling responsibilities.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
· Hands-on experience with SAP, particularly the Materials Management (MM) module, is an advantage.
· Basic understanding of GMP, HSE, and warehouse safety protocols.
· Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with Production, QA, and Procurement teams.
· Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak production periods.
