Responsibilities:
- Issue tender schedules, assign major project resources, and prepare manpower histograms based on the owner BOQ in coordination with QS and Tender Departments.
- Establish and maintain project cash flow for tender stage submissions.
- Prepare schedule narratives and summary reports including project assumptions, duration, scope, and key concerns.
- Prepare project schedule files and presentations during tender stage.
- Develop logistics plans during both tender and construction phases in coordination with Logistics Department.
- Prepare baseline and recovery schedules with detailed resource allocation.
- Extract BOQ data to prepare and monitor project cash inflow.
- Monitor and update project progress against the approved baseline schedule, highlighting critical issues and providing analysis to management.
- Issue daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Prepare project close-out reports in coordination with project teams for future reference.
- Propose recovery and completion plans to ensure project targets are achieved.
- Prepare and review schedule narratives.
- Maintain Project Control Department databases and records.
- Jointly prepare and monitor project cost plans, cash flow analysis, and close-out reports.
- Follow up with the Productivity Team and issue monthly productivity/rates reports.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, risk assessments, and environmental requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Architecture preferred)
- Time management/planning certifications are preferred (PMP, M.Sc., MEng, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in railway projects
- Good command of English language
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Primavera, and AutoCAD
