Quality Coordinator At Desert Rose “Hurghada”

Desert Rose Located in Hurghada, Red Sea is looking for a motivated Quality Coordinator to join our team.

We’re looking for a fresh graduate or candidate with up to 1 year of experience, preferably from a scientific background:

🎓 Veterinary Medicine or Agriculture

The role will support operational quality activities across multiple areas of the business, including:

• Operational quality audits across departments
• SOP and service standards compliance
• Food safety, hygiene, and overall quality monitoring
• Follow-up of observations, corrective and preventive actions
• Quality documentation, reporting, and data tracking
• Support in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
• Assistance in training and awareness on quality standards

Requirements:
✅ Scientific background
✅ Fresh graduate / maximum 1 year experience
✅ Good command of English
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Good communication and reporting skills
✅ Willingness to learn and work within hotel operations
