We’re Hiring: Quality Control Section Head
Are you passionate about ensuring quality at every step and leading teams toward excellence?
We’re looking for a Quality Control Section Head to join our team and oversee our microbiology and chemical laboratories.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead and mentor a team of QC professionals.
- Ensure raw materials and finished products meet quality specifications.
- Drive compliance with international regulations (ASTA, ESA, EU, FDA).
- Implement and optimize our Odoo ERP system for quality control processes.
- Partner with external labs to ensure timely analysis and reporting.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field.
- 7+ years of QC experience (including 3+ years in a managerial role).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 17025, statistical quality control, and TQM.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
