Key Requirements (All Roles):
Mandatory: Hospitality experience (hotels/resorts)
Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
Solid negotiation and communication skills
Ability to operate in dynamic, fast-paced environments
For FF&E Role:
Proven experience in hotel projects, pre-openings, or renovations
Strong background in sourcing Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment
