Purchasing Specialist At Marcom Trade “Alex”

Key Responsibilities:
-Sourcing & Negotiation: Source new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for marine equipment, spare parts, and technical supplies.
-Evaluation & Analysis: Analyze and compare price quotations based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate regularly with engineering and operations teams to fully understand precise technical specifications.
-Documentation Management: Manage the entire procurement documentation cycle, from purchase requisitions to final delivery.
-Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Monitor existing suppliers and conduct periodic performance evaluations.
-Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with marine safety standards and internal company policies.
*Requirements & Qualifications: *
-Bachelor’s degree in communications engineering, Science, or a relevant scientific/technical field.
-Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in foreigner purchasing or supply chain management (Experience in the marine or oil & gas sector is highly preferred).
-English language must be very good
-Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience working with ERP systems.
-Strong negotiation skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
