Ingram Factory is looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our manufacturing facility in Abu Rwash. If you have a knack for negotiation and a passion for supply chain excellence, we want to hear from you.
The Role: As our Purchasing Specialist, you will be the backbone of our production line, ensuring we have the right materials at the right price and the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Purchasing: Execute end-to-end purchasing activities for manufacturing needs.
- Negotiation: Partner with suppliers to secure the best quality, costs, and lead times.
- PO Management: Issue purchase orders and maintain rigorous follow-ups on deliveries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Technical and Production teams to prevent bottlenecks.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 1+ years in purchasing (Manufacturing background highly preferred).
- Skills: Strong negotiation tactics and supplier relationship management.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel is your best friend).
- Communication: Good command of English.
