Purchasing Specialist At Dkhoon Emirates

Key Responsibilities

•     Source fragrance oils, bottles, caps, packaging, and raw materials.

•     Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms.

•     Monitor supplier performance and delivery timelines.

•     Ensure cost control and quality standards.

•     Coordinate with warehouse and production teams.

•     Maintain procurement records in ERP systems.

Requirements

•     Bachelor’s degree in Business / Supply Chain.

•     Minimum 5-8 years of purchasing experience in perfume or cosmetics industry.

•     Strong supplier network in fragrance and packaging market.

•     ERP experience preferred (Odoo / SAP).

•     Strong negotiation skills.

•     Fluent in Arabic and English.
