About the Role
El Ezz Development is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement operations. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving cost efficiency, supplier performance, and material availability across our real estate and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and business objectives.
· Manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier relationship management.
· Ensure cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services while maintaining quality standards.
· Monitor market trends, supply chain risks, and price fluctuations to inform strategic buying decisions.
· Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and finance teams to align procurement with construction schedules.
· Lead and mentor the purchasing team to achieve performance targets and continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements
· Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in purchasing and procurement.
· Proven track record within the construction and real estate sectors.
· Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
· In-depth knowledge of local and international procurement practices and materials markets.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
