A fast-growing F&B brand is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement operations and vendor management, ensuring timely supply, cost efficiency, and smooth operations, especially during seasonal demand peaks.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
– Plan and execute purchases considering seasonal demand and inventory requirements.
– Ensure proper use of ERP systems for purchase orders, approvals, and tracking.
– Collaborate with finance to align with the accounting cycle and internal approval processes.
– Maintain compliance with tax regulations and internal policies.
– Monitor procurement KPIs, including cost savings, vendor performance, and on-time delivery.
– Drive continuous improvement in purchasing processes and cost management.

Qualifications & Experience:
– Minimum 7 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in FMCG or F&B.
– Strong expertise in vendor management and negotiation.
– Experience managing seasonal demand and inventory planning.
– Proficient in ERP systems and procurement software.
– Knowledge of accounting processes, approvals, and financial compliance.
– Understanding of tax regulations and procurement-related compliance.
– Excellent analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
