MakinMasr for Construction is Hiring | Procurement Specialist

Location: Nasr City, Cairo

MakinMasr is seeking a motivated Procurement Specialist to support industrial construction projects by managing purchasing operations and ensuring timely supply of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute purchasing processes in line with project needs and approved procurement plans.
• Communicate with suppliers, obtain quotations, and conduct technical & commercial comparisons.
• Follow up on purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Review and audit invoices and procurement documents.
• Build and maintain a supplier and vendor database.
• Coordinate with warehouse and project teams to ensure material availability.
• Adhere to company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Procurement.
• Experience in construction or contracting procurement is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
