Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Heliopolis for a Purchase Specialist. The role involves managing purchasing activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders, sourcing suppliers, and negotiating contracts. The Purchase Specialist will ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment, maintain accurate purchasing records, and evaluate costs for optimal procurement decisions. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining supplier relationships are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good command of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Hands on experience with ERP systems
  • Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and handling Purchase Orders
  • Proven experience in Purchasing and managing procurement tasks
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating cost efficiency and assessing supplier performance
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in supply chain or related industries is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
