NAIA Developments looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Residential Real Estate Development to lead projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, execution, and coordination.
Manage project budgets, costs, schedules, and risks.
Lead cross-functional project teams and stakeholders.
Manage consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure quality, compliance, and timely project delivery.
Monitor project progress and provide regular reports.
Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in Project Management within Real Estate Development.
Proven experience delivering Residential Projects.
Previous experience with Real Estate Developers is required.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and Real Estate Development.
Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, Procore, and MS Office.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
PMP certification is a plus.
