Paper Industries is seeking a motivated and talented Production Engineer to join our Operations team.

Key_Responsibilities:

Monitor and optimize production processes to achieve operational efficiency and productivity targets.
Ensure production activities are carried out in accordance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and maintain production reports and operational records.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of experience in the paper manufacturing industry is mandatory.
Good knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, teamwork, and coordination abilities.
