Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Specialist, based in Qesm 3rd New Cairo. The Production Specialist will coordinate and execute production activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include production planning, managing daily operations, quality control, and training team members to achieve operational excellence. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure production goals are met efficiently and consistently. Qualifications
- Expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
- Experience in Quality Control and adherence to food safety standards
- Strong Communication and team collaboration skills
- Capability to conduct and manage Training sessions for team development
- Ability to troubleshoot production challenges and identify process improvements
- Flexibility to adapt in dynamic work environments
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or relevant work experience in food production or manufacturing
- Working knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
