Production Section Head

Misr Beni Suef Cement is seeking a qualified and experienced Production Section Head to join our team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in the cement industry is a must.
• Strong knowledge of cement manufacturing processes, including raw mill, kiln, cement mill, and packing operations.
• Experience in production planning, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop production teams.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements and quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
