Job Description: Production Quality Engineer
- Researching the local market to source products that meet specified size and price requirements for procurement.
- Continuously monitoring market updates on local and export prices for various crops.
- Ensuring all purchased crops meet export specifications, coordinating closely with the Product Manager.
- Maintaining continuous updates on available quantities, in coordination with the Product Manager.
- Monitoring the harvest team’s activities in collaboration with the Quality Department and Quality Assurance Engineer on the farm.
Qualifications
- In-depth technical expertise in grape, palm, olive, and mango cultivation, among other crops.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
