We’re looking for an experienced Production Planning Supervisor to join our growing team and play a key role in optimizing production planning, scheduling, and operational efficiency within our glass processing manufacturing facilities.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and monitor production plans to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Optimize production capacity, resource utilization, and inventory levels.
• Monitor production performance and resolve planning challenges to achieve operational targets.
• Prepare planning reports and KPIs to support business decisions.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
✔ 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning within a manufacturing environment.
✔ Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
✔ Experience in glass processing or building materials manufacturing is a strong advantage.
