Production Planning Officer At STH Food

is looking for a Production Planning Officer to join our team and support the planning and coordination of daily production activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and follow up on daily and weekly production plans based on production requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Supply, Warehouse, Purchasing, Quality, and other related departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Follow up on production progress and ensure that planned quantities are achieved on time.
Check raw material and packaging material availability according to production plans.
Monitor production capacity and manpower availability and report any shortages or operational constraints.
Update production plans based on changes in orders, materials, capacity, or operational requirements.
Prepare and maintain production planning reports and records.
Track production performance and highlight delays, shortages, or deviations from the plan.
Support the Production Planning team in improving production efficiency and reducing downtime.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation related to production planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
1 year of experience in Production Planning, preferably in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Good understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good command of English.
