Location: Beni Suef, Egypt
Key Responsibilities:
1- Lead and manage all production operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
2- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities while maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
3- Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and company policies.
4- Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth production flow.
5- Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
6- Optimize productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational performance.
7- Lead, coach, and motivate the production team to achieve operational excellence.
8- Prepare production reports and analyze performance to support management decisions.
8- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards across all production areas.
Qualifications:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.
2- Minimum 5 years of experience in Production Management within the Food Manufacturing Industry.
3- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and production planning.
4- Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and Food Safety Standards.
5- Hands-on experience with ERP Systems and Microsoft Office.
6- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
7- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
8- Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.
Preferred:
Candidates residing in Beni Suef or nearby areas.
Previous experience in bakeries or food processing factories is an advantage.
